Welcome to Cobalt, the virtual agent platform for enterprise service delivery. This guide walks you through creating your workspace and deploying your first agent.

What is Cobalt?

Cobalt resolves repetitive IT and HR service requests — password resets, PTO balance checks, benefits questions, equipment orders — autonomously, across the channels your employees already use. The agent handles the request; the platform shows you where coverage gaps are and how to close them.
