Reporting

Each agent’s Overview page is its reporting dashboard — open an agent and it’s the first thing you land on. It shows how the agent is doing at a glance: how much it’s handling, how that’s trending, and what’s happened recently.
Reporting is surfaced per agent, on the agent’s Overview. There’s no separate tenant-wide reporting page — open the agent you want to look at and read its Overview.

What the Overview shows

  • Headline metrics — key figures such as conversation volume, each with a change indicator so you can see whether it’s up or down versus the prior period.
  • Conversations over time — a bar chart of volume across the selected window. A date-range picker sets the period, and you can zoom into a span of the chart to inspect it.
  • Trends — a line chart that tracks the metric over time so you can spot growth or a drop.
  • Recent conversations — a list of the latest conversations, so you can jump straight from a number into the actual exchange.
  • Capabilities — a summary of what the agent can currently do (its connected tools and skills).
From any conversation in the list you can open it in full and inspect what the agent did — see Conversations & tracing.

The request ledger

For a tenant-wide view of individual requests across agents, Cobalt also keeps a request ledger — a running record of requests you can review and filter. It’s a complement to the per-agent Overview when you want the raw activity rather than the rolled-up charts.
